generally, most rangers in PvP play 3 builds: Quickshot, Trapper and Interrupt.
but mostly Quickshot and Trapper.
all the specifics should be in the Ranger Basics in the Campfire section of Guild Wars Guru.
R/W's use mostly Tiger's Fury and Warrior weapons to dish out damage faster than their Warrior counterparts. once again, check the Campfire.
good luck.

1 thing:
always very useful for warrior in pvp is the skill "tigers fury" -
u can get ur warriors skills loaded fast and start to attack!
so u can do a combo of ur skills.

To start out:
W/R
12+1+3 Axe
9+1 Str
9 Beast Mastery
Eviscerate
Executioner's Strike
Penetrating Blow
Axe Rake
Disrupting Chop or Wild Blow
Sprint
Tiger's Fury
Rez Sig
Fairly basic build. Use tiger's fury to increase attack rate, build adrenaline and then spike with eviscerate->executioner's->penetrating. Axe rake prevents them from escaping.
W/E
12+1+3 Axe
9+1 Str
9 Air
Once you get more comfortable playing pvp with warrior:
Disrupting Chop
Eviscerate
Penetrating Blow
Wild Blow
Shock
Sprint
Frenzy
Rez Sig
This is a bit more complex. The idea is to coordinate a spike so the target dies. Use sprint to cancel frezy if you are being attacked (serious attack, not just stray wand hits.) Try to spike with frenzy up, get close to your target and hit him with shock to open. This knocks him down preventing him from running or acting (self-healing if he is a monk.) Then hit him with eviscerate followed by penetrating blow. Use wild blow to stop trappers and disrupting chop vs skills like aegis (or shorter skills if you can time it.)
